Source: Tulsa World, Okla.文件倉Jan. 01--WAGONER -- A Broken Arrow man pleaded not guilty Tuesday in connection to a six-week investigation into alleged child pornography distribution.Jerry Lynn Cozby, 52, was charged with one count each of possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and violation of the state's computer crimes act. An affidavit filed in the case states the investigation, which began Nov. 5, revealed that Cozby allegedly stored 276 files believed to be child porn in his "(Peer-to-Peer) shared folder," which allowed other users of his network to connect directly to his computer to download them.Cozby allegedly used the name "PervDude," according to the affidavit, which states the OSBI agent was able to downloa存倉 three videos from Cozby's computer during the first two days of the investigation.Cozby was arrested Dec. 13, when he arrived at his residence in the 3200 block of East Irvington Street as Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations agents were executing a search warrant, according to the affidavit.Cozby allegedly admitted to downloading and sharing the child pornography, and said he was the only person who used the computer, the affidavit states.
